Who Cooked This? unlocks in the Steam demo when you find and consume a mysterious meal. The useful landmark is the large underground room before the elevator: look for a skeleton reaching toward a wall, then examine that wall to reveal the meal room.
This route covers the demo achievement. It does not establish the corresponding unlock conditions in the released game's separate achievement list.
Reach the underground room before the elevator
Follow the demo's dungeon route until you reach the large room before the elevator. The elevator is your orientation point; the hidden meal is reached from the room preceding it, rather than by performing a difficult jump toward a distant pickup.
Look around the room for the skeleton whose arm reaches toward the stonework. Its pose matters because it directs your attention to a nearby part of the wall. A skeleton lying in the dungeon is easy to dismiss as background scenery, but this one is the clue to the entrance.

Inspect the wall beside the skeletal remains.
Open the wall and consume the meal
- Find the reaching skeleton in the underground room before the elevator.
- Follow the direction of its arm to the adjacent wall.
- Stand close enough to examine that part of the wall and use the interaction action.
- Enter the concealed room after the entrance opens.
- Find and consume the mysterious meal.
The achievement asks you to eat the meal. Finding the room or seeing the food is not the whole objective. Finish the interaction with the meal before checking your achievement list.
The door interaction is also easy to confuse with a combat puzzle. Your target is the wall indicated by the skeleton, and the action is to examine it. Striking unrelated stonework or searching for a special cooking recipe does not follow this route.

The covered dish identifies the meal interaction target.
Fix the common wrong turns
The wall does not open: recheck the skeleton's arm and the wall immediately around it. The clue describes a nearby entrance, so widening your search to an entirely different room is less useful than getting the interaction target right.
You can see food near a save point but cannot reach it: use the underground hidden-wall route instead. A visible but awkward pickup can draw attention away from the meal reached through the concealed doorway. You do not need to solve every food location to satisfy this demo achievement.
You found the meal but the objective remains incomplete: confirm that you consumed the mysterious meal. Ordinary healing food and the achievement's mysterious meal are different targets; eating a random item is not the stated requirement.
You are attempting the lunge-jump trick: this meal route is built around opening a hidden door. It does not require the demo's movement exploit. Return to the underground room and use the reaching skeleton as your landmark.
Keep the objective to one meal
Who Cooked This? is a find-and-consume task, rather than an all-food collection challenge. Once the mysterious meal has been consumed and the achievement is recorded, additional meals are outside this objective.
Likewise, bestiary completion is a separate demo achievement. The meal room solves the food task; it does not replace checking the creature entries if you are also pursuing Knowledge Keeper.
